About Meet Diana
A few years ago, I was working at a local call center—long hours, low pay, and no real growth. Every day felt the same: take calls, follow scripts, and hope for a small raise that never really came. I knew I could do more, but I had no remote experience and no idea how U.S. companies actually hire.
I started researching, trying to figure out how people were getting remote jobs and getting paid in USD. But most of the advice didn’t apply to Latin Americans. A lot of it was built for other markets, and when I tried to follow it, it just didn’t work.
So I did what most people do—I applied everywhere. Hundreds of applications. Most never got a response. Some were automatic rejections. A few interviews, but I kept failing because I didn’t understand what companies were actually looking for.
That’s when I stopped guessing and started paying attention.
I began to see patterns: which platforms actually worked, what kind of CVs got responses, how U.S. companies evaluate candidates, and what matters in an English interview. I tested different approaches, adjusted, and kept improving.
Eventually, it worked. I landed my first remote customer support job with a U.S. company, getting paid in USD. That changed everything—my income, my confidence, and what I thought was possible.
After that, friends and people around me started asking how I did it. I helped them apply the same process, and they started getting results too.
Since then, I’ve helped dozens of people across Latin America move from local, low-paying jobs to remote roles with U.S. companies.
I took everything that worked and turned it into a simple, step-by-step system—so you don’t waste months guessing or following advice that doesn’t apply to you.
Now, in 60 days, I’ll help you build the skills, strategy, and applications needed to land your first remote job with a U.S. company and start earning in USD.
